Chapel services are a major part of everyday life at Holy Highway. Services are held Monday through Thursday mornings before school. An evening chapel service is held every Thursday and hosts a variety of speakers, youth groups, drama teams, and worship ministries. Staff, girls in the program, and graduates from the program are favorite speakers.

The chapel itself is also used for choir practice and weddings of staff, families, and graduates.
